All sam testers should do this update.
Sam now supports mixers on indexes higher than 0.
Previously, 0 was hardcoded as the value.
Quite a bit of the code was touched in the process, so new errors might
have slipped in.
When a mixer is one of those with more indexes, "index n" is displayed
after the basic mixer name e.g. after Capture.
