bind9 in debian 7

Yes to both questions, and I have
nameserver ::1
in /etc/resolv.conf.

No crashes, no problems at all throughout the Debian release process and
beyond. I'm currently ahead of Wheezy, with bind9 9.9.2.dfsg.P1-2.

I have IPv6 over ADSL here, no v6 over v4 tunnels required.
