Installing arch linux on an Acer Aspire One?

I have found that every time I run NVDA from a thumb drive, that is the 
portable version, that the NVDA.EXE file that loads NVDA gets erased after 
the first use.
Strange indeed.
You get the portable version at the same place you get NVDA, I don't have 
the URL handy here.
