speech dispatcher with speakup

Hi,

you should have, and uncomment a line like 

#AddModule "swift-generic" "sd_generic" "swift-generic.conf"

in /etc/speech-dispatcher/speechd.conf

you should also have a file in /etc/speech-dispatcher/modules/ for swift.
