I installed cdcd last night, and tried to play a cd with the following command: $ cdcd --device=/dev/cdrom play 2 I get an error saying it cannot find the cddb cgi, or something similar and the cd doesn't play. -----Original Message----- From: Gaijin [mailto:gaijin@xxxxxxxxxxxxx] Sent: Wednesday, February 17, 2010 1:41 PM To: Speakup is a screen review system for Linux. You have to type 'play' out to play a cd, and the cd will continue to play if you 'quit' the program before typing 'stop', but except for Debian deleting the /etc/cdrom symlink all the time, it works fine.
