If you mean hardware virtualization (virtualization done on newer processors, not in software), then virtualbox does support this, and has done so for a while now. More recently, virtualbox has support for smp inside the guest, (assuming you have a cpu with multiple cores), and support for running a 64 bit guest on a 32 bit host, (assuming the hardware itself is x64. I haven't used any of these features myself though, since I don't have new enough hardware. Hth maybe.
