Hi all, Here's a heads-up about speakup and ubuntu karmic. Speakup fails to compile under their 2.6.31x kernel. Here is the output of: make KERNELDIR=/lib/modules/2.6.31-4-generic/build CC [M] /root/speakup/src/selection.o /root/speakup/src/selection.c: In function speakup_paste_selection : /root/speakup/src/selection.c:140: error: request for member ops in something not a structure or union make[2]: *** [/root/speakup/src/selection.o] Error 1 Perhaps it is too early in the 2.6.31x testing cycle to be alarmed about this, but I thought to post it anyway in case it does matter to us.
