I saw a note on here praising edbrowse. Well, here's a simple function
to get stock quotes.
# stock quote lookup
function+sq {
b http://www.finance.yahooo.com/q?s=~0&d=t
/NYSE/
z20
To run it you'd type in
<sq symbol
where symbol refers to the company or fund you are interested in.
My question is how this could be expanded to look up a predefined list
of stocks.
