I agree 100% here on this one. I have the Asus EEE PC with the 6-cell battery as I didn't want to go with anything smaller. I can squeeze 6 or 7 hours from the battery on a normal use. My wife has the MSI Wind, also with the 6-cell battery and can get around 5.5 to 6 hours.
