Google. Just use their smtp server with ssl/tls, and you should be good to
go. You'll need a gmail account, but that's easily solved if you don't have
one ... If they are still requiring that you be invited, just ask me, and
I'll send you an invite.

At the moment my isp gets blocked by Comcast and other isps from time to 
time.
message volume 30 messages or so a day, we do run a listserve.

dyndns.org does it anywhere else I should look at?
