Speakup and supported kernels

Hi,
    I'm not sure I understand this...Are you saying that Speakup has been 
committed into the mainline kernel?  Or has Speakup been written to conform 
to module guidelines, or...

And as of today the git version should support 2.6.18 - ad aeternam.

I indeed forgot to announce that the last missing exports have been
commited upstream: starting from the future 2.6.26, _no_ kernel patching
will be needed, just make -C src/ modules modules_install will do the
trick!
