losetup compiled, no luck

Hi Christopher and all,
    I've just ran a compile of the util-linux-ng package.  The option to 
ignore the hash isn't in the generated losetup--in fact the man page makes 
no mention of the hash at all.
    It seems that perhaps a tarball might be necesary after all.  I'm not 
sure.
