Doing an 'apt-get upgrade' is telling me that the linux-image-2.6.25-2-686 kernel will be downloaded, but not the SpeakUP module. I'm hoping that will do it, because I gave up on trying to compile SpeakUP on my own. cpp is also being held back for some reason. Will letcha know... Michael
