I'll stick with Etch for now, try Lenny when it's stable, and port to Ubuntu if Lenny continues giving me grief. I really hate that random bootup crap business. I can run Windows 95 for that. If I didn't feel the desperate need for bug and security fixes, I'd go the "Linux From Scratch" route and never upgrade again. <grins> Michael
