Maybe yum --disablerepo='*' --enablerepo=development upgrade firefox* will work. It did when I tried it. Since it's a beta file I figured go over and see if I could download it from development and it was there. I managed to upgrade to werewolf from moonshine and the process wasn't too bad either.
