Who do you mean by "they"? If you mean humanware, the most likely
answer as of now is no. If you mean Kirk, he might, provided he has a
unit to play with, and the time to play with it of course. If you mean
someone else out there, with the knowledge to do it, and a unit to
play with, then your guess is as good as mine.
