fedora live and speech

It is my understanding that the graphical installation of Fedora
provided by the Live CD is not yet accessible. There is talk that it
needs to be made accessible, but don't expect that from the current
release.

As to how to start speech, hold Ctrl-S for a second or two at the GDM
beep.
