O.T.: clamav, spamassassin, and exim4.

Hi Kenny,

I don't have any reason not to change to exim heavy, except I've never 
done it, and don't want to break anything. I installed sa-exim on this 
exim4 lite installation, and it does seem to invoke spamassassin as 
expected, but there seem to be lots of other configuration options that 
suggest heavy is a better bet.

What should I expect if I upgrade? Is it straightforward? Same 
configuration files? The older I get, the more timid I become
