I've never waited until the CD stops spinning. Probably a better rule would be to wait until 2 to 3 seconds after the CD starts spinning, since the boot menu doesn't take very long to load once the CD starts. On a slow system you may want to wait 5 seconds, but you shouldn't have to wait longer than that on any system. HTH, Lorenzo -- I've always found anomalies to be very relaxing.
