Just a quick note that SourceForge just changed the procedures for using their 
CVS.  The commands to get the IBM TTS SDK would be:
      
cvs -d:pserver:anonymous at ibmtts-sdk.cvs.sourceforge.net:/cvsroot/ibmtts-sdk 
login 
      
cvs -d:pserver:anonymous at ibmtts-sdk.cvs.sourceforge.net:/cvsroot/ibmtts-sdk 
co sdk
