Hello all,

What I'm trying to do is change Espeak's pronunciation of the / character from "stroUk" to "slash." After changing this in english_list, I typed speak --compile, though it needs to be run as root or it can't access "english_2" for some reason. However, my changes are still not reflected when I run speak and type a /. What am I missing here?

Garrett
