Sorry!  I stand corrected on that point!

Look, I know I have opened up quite a contravercial topic for some, but
I wasn't looking for a flamewar.  However, if you want one, I am more
than happy to oblige.  There are much nicer ways to correct my
misunderstanding of facts in a state I don't live in than what seems to
me like a blatent flame.  The fact is, though I had the tense of the
message wrong, my message answered the question satisfactorily.
