Fedora installation

Wait for the boot> prompt, then type:

text telnet ip=<ip.addr> netmask=<netmask.addr> gateway=<gateway.addr>
ksdevice=/dev/ethx

Where:
<ip.addr> is the desired ip of the box (192.168.0.123 for example).
<netmask.addr> is the netmask (255.255.255.0 for example).
<gateway.addr> is your path to the internet (192.168.0.1 for example.
/dev/ethx is your network (/dev/eth0 or /dev/eth1 for example).

If you can't see the boot prompt (I can't), what I did was wait for the CD
to start spinning in the drive, then started slowly tapping a key. i used f,
it doesn't matter, unless you're not actually booting from the cd in which
case delete will take you to the unreadable bios; then after about 10-15
seconds, stop tapping, type CTRL+U (^u) and type the command. If you get
lost or type the wrong thing, use CTRL+U (^u) again to clear the line.

Cheers, and HTH.
