speakup serial ports

Yep, looks like that's what we will do. The box is in a distant city 
though, so the user probably ought to be handy to pick up the pieces if 
necessary <smile>. 

Worst case: speakup cannot cope with ttyS4, so it reverts to ttyS0, thus 
hiding that port from brltty when it wants to load. No speech, no 
braille.  That's why I thought I'd ask first.
