Okay Cheryl, try it again. Somehow inetd had gotten shutdown. I will have to look into why fl.linux-speakup.org is acting that way. It certainly comes up fine when I ssh into it. It's cvs serve appears to be working so you could change your checkout script to point to fl.linux-speakup.org which would probably be faster.
