help with install of debian and speakup!?

I'm confused. Are you still talking about installing debian, or are
you wanting to install fedora now? As far as I know, debian doesn't
have an install via telnet option. You can certainly install fedora
instead if you'd like, but this won't solve your boot problems,
especially since the speakup-enabled fedora has no boot floppies
available, though the standard fedora might, I don't know about that.
