The cal voice is working some and I have to do a little more testing. I managed to get it working by copying all of the binaries in festival/bin over into /usr/bin since that's where test-speech lives then test-speech was able to find festival. I'm going to try to get gnopernicus speaking this weekend on sslackwaare 10.2 and I already have free rock gnome installed and current.
