Mime types for mplayer and lynx

Here are the lines from my ~/.mailcap file which work (note that I am
using the 'esd' device for the enhanced sound daemon--probably more
than you need...ornot):

#handle real audio separately from other types
audio/x-pn-realaudio; /usr/local/bin/mplayer -ao esd -playlist %s; ;

#Handle all other audio with mplayer
audio/*; /usr/local/bin/mplayer -ao esd %s; ;
