I am setting up a fc3 box with a dialup connection.
Once connected, I get the following strange behaviour.
Has any one seen this and figured out what causes it?

etc]# host www.gov.za
www.gov.za has address 163.195.192.74
[root at localhost etc]# ping www.gov.za
ping: unknown host www.gov.za
[root at localhost etc]# host www.linuxtoday.com
www.linuxtoday.com has address 63.236.73.20
[root at localhost etc]# ping www.linuxtoday.com
ping: unknown host www.linuxtoday.com
[root at localhost
TIA
