Well actually it has 140 MB of ram and I have a 296 MB swap partition. I haven't tackled compiling a 2.6 kernel yet, the last time I flubbed it up because make config is just plain too overwelming, and when I did it didn't work too well, but eventually I'll prehaps try that again.
