Also change the GenericVolumeMultiply line in the same way, since it was originally 10 as well. This produces the same results as using the original configuration with eSpeak 1.10. I think there was a change in the volume range in eSpeak 1.11. I believe it used to go from 0 to 20 and now it goes from 0 to 200, hence the changes.
