The only usb drive enclosure I know of is for ide drives (maybe scsi too), but in either case the answer is no. The only way you'd be able to get a 5.25 floppy drive into a usb enclosure is if the enclosure had a floppy interface, and if you were able to get hold of a floppy ribbon that still had the old card-slot floppy connectors on it.
