Dectalk speech

You have unpacked this in a strict dos environment?
As I said, i  am using dos, but when unpacked here, the files look like 
some do with uninstalled windows ones, partial file names etc.
Granted I may have gotten a bad copy, but it is not my lack of dos access.
The windows machine with window eyes is frankly holding up the power strip 
to my  third  now a mac computer, I have never found anything i needed to 
do that was worth dealing with  the flaws of windows.
