-----BEGIN PGP SIGNED MESSAGE----- Hash: SHA1 Well, I do remember the telnet feature and have found the following. In /etc/init.d there is a file called rcS which has the line: /usr/sbin/thttpd -d /usr/www -u root -p 80 -c '/cgi-bin/*' -l /dev/null If I could change the 80 port line above to something else that would solve my problem. What I'm having problems now is editing the file. In the built-in minisystem there I don't see an editor. I tried connecting to it with standard ftp but the connection won't establish. I tried using tftp and I can connect but it times out when I do a get. From the telnet session I've tried an ftpput to try and upload the file into my home dir on my Linux FC3 box and it says the connection was refused. If I could only edit that file I think my problems would be solved. - -- Do not think by infection, catching an opinion like a cold. Raul A. Gallegos ...
