File Entry Fields in Lynx

Any form with a file entry field!

I haven't come across any forms wehre lynx will let you submit if you
leave a file entry field empty!

I'm pretty sure this is a lynx bug, not a bug with the page. But the page
is the "add reply" form in the envision forum software.

Anyway, my fix was to recompile lynx 2.8.5 without file upload enabled. I
just won't be able to actually upload a file if I should ever need to. But
this is less frequent than wehn I need to submit a form without a file
attachment.
