Update New 'Read All' Command (Fixed keyboard.c problem and added double talk)

I think I have keyboard.c uploaded to CVS correctly now.  It anyone
tries it, let me know if it downloads correctly.  Also I added in code
for a double talk driver, which should work very similar to the litetalk
driver if someone wants to test it out.
