I have updated speakup and speechd-up to support the new Read All command. Speakup CVS is updated with the new driver and I have sent the update for speechd-up to be added to CVS. I will update the mailing list when I've heard that it has been added to CVS. You will need to update both speechd-up and speech-dispatcher to get the support for the Read All command to work.
