Hello. I realize that this is off topic for this list, but people ask all kinds of Linux questions on this list, so I figured that it would be OK for me to ask this. Has anybody successfully used Scanimage and Gocr to scan and read a printed document? I was trying to do this yesterday, but Gocr prints a little bit of the document and some garbage. As an example of what happens, I'll tell you the steps that I go through then show you the result.
