The only drivers I was aware of for linux and tv tuners are the ones for brook tree 848 based cards. I have an original ati all-in-wonder here, which is a combo video/tv tuner card, and would love to use it under gnu/linux, instead of just in windblows, but the only drivers I found for it are able to run under x, and won't run under the text console.
