The other is something like 'save formatted page'. This second one will save out a text equivalent of the rendored page and what I did recently is while saving this page, alter the file name to be something good with a .txt extension. So, it is the 'saved formatted' option you want under the file menu. Dunno if one can map a key to that or not.
