Speakup Exchanging Numbers in Pine Index?

Well, Adam, yes it is the Dec-Talk-U S B  and if July is written as Jul   it 
thinks July and the very next number becomes spoken in words like first or 
second.  If I could find its dictionary file, maybe I could remove some of 
these
