Hi, the kernels would be nice how ever one thing that I would like to see in the fc4 releases is when a new version of the kernel with speakup is released an announcement is posted to the list about the new version and it's filename because sometimes fedora will upgrade kernels and I would like to run the latest fedora kernel if possible. Also, when using fedora is it ok to uninstall the fedora kernel and install a kernel source from scratch and patch it with cvs speakup so it is a custom kernel for my system? bye My web page is at http://www.nickgawronski.com ----- Original Message ----- From: "Steve Dawes" <sdawes@xxxxxxxxx> To: "Speakup is a screen review system for Linux." <speakup at braille.uwo.ca> Sent: Friday, July 08, 2005 1:20 PM Subject: RE: Speakup and Kernel-2.6.12: > Can we just download the kernels if we know what we need to do to get > fedora > core 4 working.
