Errors during CD Creation

Hi everyone.  I've recently upgraded to kernel 2.6.8 on this box. 
Actually, they're the RPM's available on bumpy.  Also, recently upgraded 
to Cdrecord version 2.01.  On three separate ocasions, I get errors during 
the writing process.  Here's a parcial snapshot of the output from 
cdrecord.  The burn line was as follows:
cdrecord -pad -audio -eject *.wav -dev=/dev/cdrom1
Note that this has worked before with no problems.  Anyways, here's the 
output.
