Hi Roy, No, Pico, along with Pine, is not a part of the Fedora distribution because Pico does not completely meet the licensing requirements for Fedora. You can use nano if you wish, which is installed with Fedora and uses the same command structure as Pico. Nano is much more powerful, and many Pico fans have switched to it.
