Hi Steve, Thanks for such an informative answer. not going to include it below, as i got the size warning on my first post, and having seen this, with my message never being reviewed and sent, thought i should start again. I indeed fall into the just getting started arena, and unlike when I am cooking, prefer to have some elements that taste yummy right out of the box. Karen
