Well, that's the question of the hour.  I'm still working on that.
We've been trying some code changes to flite.c in speech-dispatcher's
source and I messed with the Makefile and for some reason it still
doesn't work.  I just saw a message from Hynik about further digging
so will give that try later this wekend.  I'm gonna be away from the
computer for the next twelve hours or so it may have to wait til then
before I can start coming up with some definitive solutions.
