	No, not to select one specific time. However, remember readit for 
dos? It had a variable scrolling speed that could be adjusted by the user. 
IMHO, this would be the best approach. Perhaps, to set it, you could have 
the user input the number of lines and columns on the screen (or get it 
from the terminal if possible), then read a full screen and ask them to 
press a key as soon as it is done. The timing could perhaps be set this 
way. For instance, enter speech-timing setup mode, press space to read the 
screen, then when the screen is done have the user immediately press space 
again and get the time. Only thing to make sure of would be to tell the 
user to make sure they have a full screen of data, otherwise the timing 
wouldn't be accurate.
	Just an idea.
