Hi Scott, By default, you can check the dmesg output by entering 'dmesg' on the console. This will show the boot process. You can also write the output to a file (since it's too much information for 1 screen) using 'dmesg > file'. Also, look in /var/log/messages. By the way, what problem do you have with your kernel?
