You might have access to your CD-ROM drive by holding down one of the F
keys.
I found that on mine, it is F8.
I heard someone once say F12, so it may vary on your machine.
When you do this, you have a choice of what to boot from, such as:
1 3.5 inch floppy disk
2 Volume name - hard drive
3 CD Rom drive

Kirk

My system is not really set to boot from the CD ROM and I do not have
reliable sighted assistance to access the BIOS.Can I make a bootable
floppy to make my Windows XP Home PC have the Floppy access the CD
ROM? If so, How?

When I burned the CD with Nero 6, the bar got to 97% and then said the
burn failed. However, all files seem to be there and the CD works
fine.
