T'is, apparently necessary, unless redownloading the image of the second disk, and reburning it does something more than my efforts with disk1 did... I'm stuck! Help? What to do??? Alas, even though all discs passed their check sum, Ms. Linux, my new dominatrix, refused to accept disc 2 as being the correct disc. I'm reburning it from the downloaded "iso" image. If this doesn't work, what should I do? What are my options at this point, having sarted the installation, and as I understand it, the system being now Linux formatted, how do I properly abandon installation and restart if necessary???
